My name is Steffen Dreher – consultant, trusted advisor and executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, nutrition, medical devices and retail.
Throughout my career, I have worked for four internationally leading blue-chip companies, holding senior leadership positions in sales and marketing. In addition, I served for more than ten years as Managing Director with legal responsibility across the DACH region, successfully building and leading national and international teams, business units and growth programs.
During my time at Danone, I was part of the company’s Top 100 managers.
Today, I support companies in successfully navigating dynamic and highly regulated markets, identifying growth opportunities and turning strategy into sustainable execution. My approach combines strategic vision, operational expertise and an international network of decision-makers and industry experts.
